It has been an incredible journey. Almost surreal. When I started at Spotify, there were perhaps 50 people working within the technology department. Six years later, we are more. A lot more.
As a manager, my challenges are finding talented and skilled people. But also, keeping them.
My story will be that journey. How we at Spotify have been working and organizing ourselves, to cope and keep up with this great growth
